Just like any insurance company they will gladly take your money, but when it's time to pay a claim they take forever. It's been 11 weeks now and all I get is the run around.
I was in an accident Monday. And every person I’ve spoke to in regards of this hasn’t been very compassionate in any way. I had liability. I knew what it covered. I’ve had it for YEARS. And it seemed like these women thought I was begging for a check of money. that was never the case. They just didn’t help ease my mind at all. When people are in wrecks maybe have some sort of compassion and understand they’re hurt, shook up even. You’d think these girls are paying out of their own two pockets for my wreck lol. Most definitely will be switching companies.I’ve been with this company since 2016..
I want to thank KY Farm Bureau for there quick response for the issues we had. Nathan Adcock was our adjuster and he has been great to work with. He was there from start to finish and answered all of our questions and or concerns. Very pleased to have Kentucky Farm Bureau insurance.
Very quick and very professional and nice staff.
Overall great experience was there for an unfortunate event that had happen , tho the staff made the whole experience a lot more tolerable.
