My husband and I have been using Reed Brothers Insurance for several years after switching from another company that was not very helpful or informative. We have multiple individual and business insurance policies through our agent Adam Sheridan. Adam has always been very responsive which is very important to me. He is great at explaining what policy would fit my needs best without "up selling" me. I feel like Adam is very honest and trustworthy.

Adam Sheridan is very easy to work with. We really like his professionalism and the way he explained and compared insurance quotes by video. Awesome experience. And we saved a lot of money switching all our policies to him. Highly recommend Adam.

I would rate it zero stars if possible. Unethical insurance agent. I worked with Allen Crawford he was very unprofessional. He got very angry when I asked to see the terms of the policy he was quoting as I had 2 other parties involved with the property. He said If I did not trust him I needed to find another agent. Ethically and legally if a client asks to see the terms of the policy they need to be provided . How do you know what is covered if you do not see the terms of the policy? Do not use this agency!!

Adam is always available to answer questions we have about our policies, and he always looks for ways we can save while getting the best coverage possible. What we appreciate most is how progressive he is in embracing new technology and making it convenient for us to review information. When we recently approached him about adding coverage to our homeowners' policy, he not only spent a great deal of time and effort researching to find the right policy for us, but also sent us a video that walked us through a comparison of both policies and the costs associated so we could make an informed decision. Because of our busy schedules, this was a huge benefit to us. We were able to review the video, make a decision and complete the paperwork at home at our convenience. We greatly appreciate Adam
