It's great to have a direct line to your insurance agent if you need anything or make changes. Austin Wingate has been there for our homeowners and vehicles insurance through Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance, and I highly recommend him.

Been a member with them for a long time , lady called to let me know my payment was due , I told them due to covid I didn't have money that day, and I would have it soon . Said she made a not then on that Friday I tried to pay it , and they had already canceled the policy. Kinda shady . Plus I dont really understand what the 35 dollar membership fee is for . Finally got ahold of them, and they wanted to do a bank draft with two months upfront but still bill me the next month . Makes no sense. I would just spend the extra ten bucks and go somewhere else .

Best people in the world to get your insurance from!! They know and treat you like family . I wouldn't have my insurance through anywhere else .they're on top of things at Woodford farm bureau!!
