Lorna and Brad are always available, extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and professional! It's wonderful to deal with people you can get to know and who will help you through processes, when working with a large company such as State Farm. It's a much nicer feeling to call up and talk to people you know and who know you, and you can trust, when navigating through unfamiliar and often stressful situations. Their prices are always very competitive, and sometimes less than the competition to a pleasantly surprising degree. I recommend this place highly!

Moved to Versailles from the Atlanta area in 2016. We had State Farm in Atlanta and wanted to keep it. There are several agents in Versailles but found Mr. Lacefield's office easiest to work with at the time. Over the years the service has gotten even better. Both Brad and his office staff do excellent work. They provide fast and accurate information as things change, and keep us informed of any changes on the State Farm side. In the last 8 years I have changed vehicles 8-10 times, added our children to the auto policy, and improved our house. I switched agents not long ago to Brad's office because my original SF agent retired (which helped me tremendously for 20 plus years) but the agent that took over was not very helpful or personable. After switching...Brad and Lorna helped me with some issues I was having and made it a breeze . Highly recommended!! Top notch team at this office!!
