Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance

Doug McClure does a great job with all my personal insurance needs. He has my house, lake house, and vehicles. He even told me when the fire department rating changed and lowered our insurance. I highly recommend him and his Kentucky Farm Bureau team.

This was a great insurance company to go through until it wasn't. They chose to cancel my home owners insurance due to natural disaster that occurred to my property. Insurance is there to be used!!! As I'm looking for other insurance i had to cancel insurance and the communication was horrible and disrespectful. This isn't the first time! They told me i was going with someone else with attutude when they were the ones that chose to cancel us. It's like once you are no longer a member you are treated like crap!!! Make sure if you choose them you are with them long term and don't use insurance for large coverage or they may cancel you. Best of luck.

They exist to waste your time. Tried to get a quote on our house and vehicles. Brand new roof, brand new central heat and air, updated electrical work, and completely remodeled house. Our house has zero trees close by. Why did they deny us? Our grass was to tall! Im assuming it is the field next to the house that I bush hog twice a year. It would have been nice to get a call to tell us that we were denied. We have assumed since last week we were good so we stopped looking only to find they wasted our time. I hope it wasn't because of our pool that is being taken down, it has no water and it has never been used for 2 years. It shouldn't be this hard to find insurance. It's funny, I promise we never would have made a claim because for most things I know how to fix and I rather our rates not

They are nice and patient. I specifically worked with Emily and she was very helpful and very quick to get back with me on all things my wife and I had questions about. I would recommend them to everyone!
