Awesome experience. Was informed by my Erie agent an hour AFTER closing that he wasn’t able to issue the policy they said they’d issue and my new house had no coverage. Called Kent 10 mins before he closed and they stayed with me on the phone for a few hours to get a policy written up and backdated to make sure I had full coverage.
