The ladies in the office are wonderful and very kind and patient there have never been a time that my calls went unanswered or I didn’t get an answer on a question I asked never had to make a claim but I don’t think they would let me down

If you like being sent creepy stalker-like photos of your home, then this is the insurance place for you. Not only are you mailing out countless sheets of paper, just adding to the garbage in landfills, but then you took it a step further and send me a picture of my own house. Sure, you got them from street view, but not once did you think “wow, this is some stalker level stuff”. Or even “hey, these people already live in this house, why would they need to see a picture of it”. Honestly, it is pretty off-putting, but now I know what it feels like to have some weirdo send me creepy mail, so I guess thanks for that?

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Allstate. When we were first cross-comparing insurance rates Carly gave us a desirable quote. We worked with her to build the needed coverage for the right price. Once we settled on said coverage we signed the paperwork. After signing we were billed hundreds of dollars more than expected. This negated the whole reason for switching coverage in the first place. We were upset and went in to talk to someone else. The operations manager mysteriously found us a multi-hundred dollar discount (which only made the policy 'break even' with our old one and didn't save us any money by switching). This gave us an uneasy feeling of distrust from the start. When it came time to renew we started looking for a new policy provider due to the way things

The visit was a pleasant one. Went with my mom to get wind coverage for her home. The person who waited on us was nice and pleasant. The only thing that gave me cause for pause was the fact that the coverage for items in the home was only covered at 50% of that for the structure as opposed to the 75% that every other company offered. This concerned me. She even asked me/us was that enough. I mentioned that the coverage from Allstate was a greater % based on structural coverage. However, no greater coverage was offered. Otherwise, all went well. As you can see, I've still not come to terms with the 50%, but we paid for the year in full. It's a done deal now... she was nice, but the coverage isn't ideal...

They always take time to answer all my questions which doesn't sound like a big deal, but I ask a lot of questions. I have a lot of change lately and they helped optimize my coverage for what I need and really try to save me money.
