AlaCoast Insurance went above and beyond for me even after I was no longer a client. When I moved out of state, I forgot to cancel my homeowners insurance and didn’t request a refund like I should have. I had honestly written it off as a loss, but Lisa at AlaCoast didn’t. She took the time to go back, sort it out, and made sure I got my refund. What really stood out to me was that they had no obligation to help me at that point because I had already moved and wasn’t using their services anymore. But they still chose to do the right thing. That kind of integrity and customer care is rare. I may not live in Alabama anymore, but I won’t forget the way AlaCoast treated me. Highly recommend them if you want a company that genuinely looks out for people.
