I just want to give a huge amount of kudos to Michell Merker at Kennedy & Ward insurance. She was incredibly kind and helpful to my Mother and I as we navigated through her insurance needs. I would highly recommend this agency for yours.
My mother is 100 and I am her POA. Kennedy and Ward have been very easy to work with as I handle her insurance needs. They were willing to get me copies of all her paperwork so I could handle things from over 1,000 miles away and am not able to go read her mail because of the virus. They will also get me copy of next bill so I can pay it and keep everything up to date. I appreciate them very much.
My mother has used Kennedy & Ward Insurance Agency for years. She used them for auto insurance. My and her interactions with them were always above and beyond. The associates were always super professional and worked with us. I would highly recommend them!
