When my basement flooded I called him, he told me to send pics to his email and he'd advise me, NEVER got a response. The one time in 7 yrs I'm here that I called him for something. Got here pretty quick the day I moved in to come sell me the policy tho! I'll remember this the next time I get yet another one of his emails asking ME to take a moment of MY time to rate his services
