My family and I have been with State Farm's Ken LaTourette for decades now, and we've always received excellent service. When my dad passed last year, his office was nothing but helpful when we contacted them about making the necessary adjustments to our account. More recently, I had to deal with a two requests from my credit union for auto insurance information. When I reached out to Ken's office for help, both times it was Alisha who gave me the assistance I needed, even going so far as to call my credit union herself in the second instance to get things squared away for me. That level of customer service can be hard to find these days, and I'm deeply appreciative for her aid. Thank you!
