Short wait. No appointment needed. Stassia was amazing helping me with DMV paperwork. I'm old school, so the casual dress of other agents caught me off guard, but they are all very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, great experience.

Arrived a little after 9am opening. You have to check in and they check your AAA membership (no free meals) and ask how you'll be paying. If you're paying with a card, they only accept VISA or MasterCard (no debit cards). You can also pay with cash or check fyi... We came in for DMV services. A car title transfer. Less than 5 minute wait to get called to the next available window. Once we got called it was less than 10 minutes. Just filling out the title and confirming information. Boom. AAA membership best investment. If we went to Costa Mesa or Santa Ana DMV we'd probably still be there right now and that's scary. Good luck & enjoy 🙏🙏🙏

I’ll never forget when I went to switch the title of my car to my name and the clerk was extremely rude and bitter about the fact that I paid zero dollars for the car. She mocked me the entire time about my “free car”. I inherited it because my mother died. But fair skinned people are rude and entitled especially in the OC. Terrible people and terrible service.

AAA used to be the highest customer service. Now you are better off going to the DMV... Not to mention the last 3 times we called for roadside assistance it took over 3 hours to show up, one of the times they never showed up 🤬
