I have had a horrific experience with Carl Warren & Co. This company represents the City of Palm Desert, CA, which severely damaged my property. Neither the City of Palm Desert nor the Carl Warren Company have an ounce of integrity. As a tax paying citizen I should expect the City of Palm Desert to repair the property damages they openly admitted to causing to my property. Right and Wrong, and Good and Evil do exist, and THE CITY OF PALM DESERT TOGETHER WITH CARL WARREN & CO REPRESENT EVERYTHING WRONG AND EVIL TODAY IN OUR SOCIETY. So very sad.

I wish there were a ZERO star this company deserve nothing more than a Zero star. I parked my car under a palm tree at the city of Corona Del Mar , CA . An hour later I found that some of the palm tree stems Fall on my car causing damages to the top , side doors and back panel. I went to the city hall to file a claim since the tree is a city property and I have pictures and even CCTV footage of the incident. I got asked to file a claim that will be handle by Carl warren & CO. on behalf of the city of Newport Beach. 1 week after I submitted the claim I received a letter from Carl warren that my claim been under investigation.
