I've been with Farm Burea since I purchased our home in many years ago. It was not long before I switched my auto to them also. I found that as an existing customer, they could offer me an auto policy rate so low that none of the other companies could even come close to it. Kelly is the current agent at the local office. She and her assistant create a welcoming atmosphere and they are pleasant and always very helpful.

We ask for a quote 3 weeks ago tomorrow. Never got a call back. I'd rather pay high prices than deal with an unresponsive company. They have all my information.
