I have been a client for about a year and a half. In June I found out I had NO insurance for the last 6 months. I had paid 2 policies with them but my homeowners and my vehicle had not been paid. I don't know how I missed this. When I asked Kathy why they hadn't reached out to me she said they don't make courtesy phone calls. They Knew I had NO insurance and chose not to contact me. Kathy also told me they couldn't find new insurance for me since I had a lapse of more than 30 days. She offered NO help going forward. This agency is awful. Stay away. They do find their clients important.
