No one in Kelly Cannon's office provided any meaningful assistance with a claim that directly impacts the federally mandated safety system on my vehicle. The Facts: I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years with Auto and Homeowners insurance and zero prior claims. I own a new 2025 GMC Denali Ultimate equipped with the Advanced Drivers Assistance System (ADAS). The Issue: State Farm used Safelite to replace my windshield with non-OEM (aftermarket) glass. I have been a client of State Farm since 2006. Kelly Cannon and his team have been great to deal with. We have home owners, auto and our golf cart insured through them. When my mother in law recently moved to Mississippi, I suggested she get a quote from them to compare to her usual insurer. Kelly Cannon's team beat her provider of 30+years. Originally contacted this office and spoke with Kimmy about my golf cart coverage. She was able to assist and save me a lot of annual premiums. I then received my auto renewal from my previous company and WOW a $600/year increase in premiums. I called Kimmy back and asked her to shop my Auto which also included my RV, and she was able to reduce my premiums by almost half of the other company. I always tell my clients they should shop every year or every other year on all their insurance rates b/c you never know how much money you can save by doing so.
