Multiple women who work there no one is ever available to answer the phone? Doesn't matter what time of day or what day period. Rates have gone up consistently and they are using information not pertaining to the actual home owner. The main thing is no answering nor even a reach back out after two weeks of waiting on a response! Yes, both a courtesy message and voicemail were left to get back with me! This is not good customer service by any means. Worse than progressive!

I shopped for my homeowners, auto and business insurance with several companies in the area and Coast Reliable Insurance was the only agency that called me back in a timely manner with great rates on all 3! I am very satisfied with the customer service I receive with this agency. One of the best on the coast! Very recommended!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’ve used several large insurance companies over the years but have never had the customer service, and personal relationship from another insurance company as I do with coast reliable. They are professional, quick, and You can always get an answer when you call. I recommend them to anyone I know.
