Kelley - Meister Insurance Services

If I could just put a zero star, I would. I never want to give anybody a low rating but this lady is a different case. The lady that’s working on 9/4/2025 around 2:30pm, answered our call and put us on hold for more than 20 minutes until the line got cut off. I was just asking for evidence of insurance with invoice and after she asked for the name it was under, she placed me on hold and never get back to me. I appreciate Timothy for being professional and gave us a goof insurance quote last 8/19/2025 but this lady is not.

I moved from Florida in 2015 and started to look for car insurance so I researched and this places came up, and I been dealing with with them every since they are all so nice and friendly feels like home and I Appreciate every single one!! may God continue to bless you All❤️Thank You✝️

I love this agency. They were a hundred dollars a month cheaper than my insurance Liberty Mutual. Friendly staff. She had me written up and waiting when I walked in. She was with another customer and she asked another employee to finish up with her and waited on me!. Easy access off hwy. 5*

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Kelley insurance for years and they are always very very friendly and very nice and understanding of life situations that do come up I would recommend anyone that needs insurance to please go and do business with them you won't regret it and they will find you the BEST rates!!!!!
