I called multiple times within a 3 week span to get info on my policy after my home insurance increased by nearly 50%. Every time I called, my agent was either out of the office or busy and never called me back. Customer service is horrible. I have switched insurance companies since, and doubt I will ever use them again. As I type this, I got disconnected from the main office line after being on hold for 10 minutes

I went to the office and spoke with the agent, he said he would call after he checked out the house with a quote a month passed and still no call I went in July 15th finally went back on August 18th bcuz he hadn't called although he said he made 1 phone call... Zach was rude and Nonchalant to me and his tone and demeanor with me was not acceptable and for that reason I will be using another agency .My point is I came to pay in FULL AND ZACH ACTED LIKE HE DIDN'T CARE IF I PAID OR NOT He also acted like he didn't want me in his office his attitude was NOT PROFESSIONAL!!

This is my dad's Insurance Company he has been with them many years they are a good company
