Best insurance representative. Informative. Great customer service. Friendly staff.

I have been a customer of Keith for many years now. I have only had positive experiences with him and his team. Any questions I ever had were answered promptly and easily understood. I couldn’t think of any other team I would rather do business with then them.

I have been with Keith Osborne and AllState insurance 20+ years. I moved north to Mount Vernon a few years ago but, stayed with Keith as my agent. I'm sure other Allstate agent's know what they are doing and provide go service but I have been with Keith Osborne for so long he is like trusting family. I could go 6 month's to a year before walking into his office mostly just to say hello or change vehicle insured. He is knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Everything you want in an agent. Agent's that work in front are the same way. I am a real customer who felt the time writing this was well over due.

Keith is totally awesome and has gone out of his way more than once to accommodate my various needs and he listens to exactly how I want to move forward and had my best interests in mind. They do more than just car insurance and I've taken advantage of their services.

I find Keith to be responsive to my querries and needs in timely manner. Even without asking he reviews my policies and educates me about options to save money and get best coverage. I recommend him highly.
