I have to say the customer service is I get from this team is above and beyond! They always do amazing work and get things done so quickly and make life so easy for me! I have been with them since I was 16 because my parents were members and I continued because they were so amazing! I can message them at 6am and they have completed my request by the time I get off work with no fail. April did just that yesterday! She is amazing! Thank you so much for helping me again!

I have been with Pepelnjak State Farm for roughly 27 years now. We originally obtained insurance with his father and Brian has since taken over the business. Outstanding service that has never changed through the years! For example, I called today and spoke with April. I only had a quick question for her, but by the time I hung up the phone, she updated my info and saved me some money too! Always a pleasure dealing with their office and speaking with April! Highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

I've been a customer with them since 2017. This office has been so extremely easy and pleasant to work with. Having worked in an insurance agency myself in the past, it's so refreshing to speak with friendly people who genuinely want to help as much as possible. I had an issue once where I double paid for my policy and they worked tirelessly to make sure I got my refund (including follow up outreach to make sure I got the refund check and keeping me posted on all the progress). Another time I needed other insurance but it's not offered by most major companies. Even though it's difficult to find, they referred me to a smaller company that did have it.
