We had a very productive and informative initial meeting with Duane at Keith Browne's office this afternoon. Keith, Erica and his team are responsive, attentive and kind when answering all of my insurance questions and needs. I would highly recommend them. For my husband and I it’s our go to for insurance and I feel confident with the coverage we need from home owners and auto to our life insurance policy. Multiple times over the holiday season I had questions and concerns on coverage and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! We have been with Geico for the past decade when it comes to our auto insurance and I’m so thankful we switched! Keith took the time to explain why the increase in my auto insurance then found ways to reduce the cost of my insurance. I appreciated his taking the time in reviewing my driving history (how much, what type, distances etc) allowing for discounts I was eligible for. While I have been with State Farm for many years, Keith just recently became my agent with the retirement of my previous agent. Meeting with him today has given me confidence he will work for me & is there whenever I have questions etc.

How truly caring, helpful and just all around amazing they are. The lady I spoke to today was great. I was very pleased with how quickly she helped me. When I had some difficult, business insurance questions, she told me she wasn't familiar with what I was asking and didn't want to give me an answer until she knew for sure.
