Joe Treat - State Farm Insurance Agent

Always have had State Farm, but since moving to WA in 2004, our particular agent has been Joe Treat. Great guy (sends out very Christmas cards every year). But, let's face it, when you call about insurance "stuff," the true STARS are the office staff - and, in that office, that's Monalisa. I think she might be the nicest, most patient person on the planet. I'm recently divorced, having to sell a house, trying to buy a condo, had to buy a used car, etc. Mona has been there for me every step of the way. Couldn't ask for more from my insurance agent!

I only gave one star because I had to. The lady I spoke with a few minutes ago was very rude and unprofessional. She addressed me by first name as if I knew her personally then, I kept telling her I was at work and could not discuss the matter with her. She ignored me and kept explain further, keeping me on the phone. I then said I would check my records when I got home and get back to her. She said "check your records! Ha! You need to listen ". I then asked for the owner she laughed again and said"good luck with that, he's in Oregon ". I said fine what's is your name again about four times while she kept talking as if I was never speaking. Her name is Mona. I was going to continue my policy with this company in the future but there is no way I would ever do business with them again. And

The secretary appears to run the office there. Refused my request to have Joe to return my call or transfer me to leave a message for Joe. I had issues with her poor attitude. Now, Joe and his staff can have one less customer. I've had insurance with Joe for a couple years. Canceled my policy today.

Great office, the ladies that work there are really friendly and helpful. Overall wonderful customer service! I absolutely recommend this place for all your insurance needs.
