Keishun Cassell: Allstate Insurance

Never had a problem with the Cassell agency until trying to cancel policy. Allsate has continued to substantially raise our premiums each renewal with no explanations. Nothing has changed on my part (no tickets, no accidents), so I called the office July 22nd to cancel auto debit and let the agency know I wanted to cancel the policy on the 30th of July. I even told them who I was replacing them with (progressive). I called the office today (July 18th) because I received a letter from Allstate asking for premiums and other fees to keep the policy from cancellation for non-payment. When I called the agency to tell them about the notice from Allstate and that I had called them on the July 22nd to cancel auto debit and to inform them of my intentions to cancel the policy effective July 3

Very knowledgeable, polite and l was treated wonderfully and they explained everything in ways l could understand. They take their time with their customer. Highly recommend this office :-)

Great customer service. Prices vary from needs but certainly would recommend to get a quote here. The interest is so real and they truly look to fit your needs.
