Today Emily was very helpful, and informative about my insurance coverage needs. She helped me understand any additions I may add to auto insurance and where I may save with some adjustments that I could make. Also some good information about tough real life scenarios with things about auto insurance and coverages. Overall very helpful, informative, and pleasant to talk with her.

Deshon from Allstate was amazing with getting me the best quote for home and vehicle insurance. She was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me and answered all of my questions. I cannot say enough about her demeanor and professionalism.

joined end of June July to get insurance called to pay my insurance today went up no accidents,not in a driving plan full coverage on 2 cars dont want every time they renew my policy insurance goes up ridiculous and they don't even care lesson learned

I called Keiona Stewarts office and I spoke with Rhea Reyes and she was wonderful. I wanted to review my Home Owners Policy as well as add a Jewelery Endorsement. She work promptly for me to email her the needed documents for her to review. She was very professional, polite and helpful in adding the endorsement and letting me know what my new annual premium was with one phone call. In addition, I thought I was just going to leave a voicemail because it was after 5pm when I made the call.
