The worst insurance agents who live up to the stigma of fraud! The women in the office are very unprofessional, sat on the phone with them to only hear their personal issues, what they would do or did when in a similar situation and lunch plans. People don’t call to hear failed attempts at life nor personal problems! Maria Advised me to falsely create a policy with bare minimum to cheat my loan provider which would cost me more on the back end due to fines and fees. Maria is a scam artist to the T! Drafted a policy I never consented to and charged me a service fee. When I received the documents to sign all my information was incorrect, I never signed anything was informed that the policy had to be cancelled and rewritten. I refused to move forward and never signed anything yet I was billed

Beware of this place. One of the workers there will allow you to not add everyone in the household to your policy, which is terrible. Save the headache later and go to an actual good agency. Not one that’s small and dingy, affordability and accessibility is not worth it at all.

Decently priced policies but based on the fine print you may get eaten alive with nsf fees and late fees that the producers will not even tell you about. Maybe they can’t see them but you’ll definitely get charged late fees and nsf fees and 15$ per rejected transaction. Whoever was in the office on mar 5 was a nasty person and I’ll be making another report like this to the bbb.

Horrible customer service. It’s ridiculous that I have to come in just to change my card information. Then I get here at 9am on the dot and they take someone who comes after me because they’re making a payment. Ridiculous!
