Had to give it one star to leave a review. we have a commercial building and I asked a renter for her insurance policy. she had only business owners insurance. no other insurance coverage came with it. my phone call to Kaufmann response was the building owners insurance covers everything.” No It Does Not”. Asked what about all of the equipment the renter has, no answer renter had no coverage for any of her equipment. Please be professional enough to not tell me I just do not understand,

Looking at the reviews I think I am not the only one. Who thinks that the person at the front desk, is not prepared or does not like her job. She is very rude. I will definitely not take out insurance with them.

Worst insurance company I have ever worked with. So unprofessional and lies about your quotes. Negative 5 stars if I could. Steve does not respond to you. Takes advantage of small business. Will be reporting them.
