Super happy with Jessica's team, specifically with Lindsay. She was a huge help, was patient and understanding and really walked through everything well. We were exploring our options and I filled out a form online, which suggested to send that information to an agent. It assigned me Jessica and her team. Within an hour or less I got an email from Lindsay with a number to call and chat about the quote. She broke it down very well, and was patient and kind with my million questions that I had for her. I recently moved back to the area after 8 years out of state. Lindsay and the rest of the team here have been great to work with. She was able to switch all of my policies over to their office without issue. I've been contacted twice about possible changes to said policies that would save me money and increase coverage. It's been refreshing to be back with a hometown office vs. what I've dealt with out of town. I cannot recommend them enough.
