Katina Y. Johnson: Allstate Insurance

I have been with Allstate for 20+ years. Katina is a personable agent who listens then recommends. She has looked out and artfully advised me concerning when to drop insurance when I privately sold my Suzuki SUV, retired just to name the most recent events. She makes you feel comfortable with processes. And amazingly remembers her client’s as if she has speaks to you daily. She is a GREAT AGENT in my mind. Thank you Katina for being there every time.

Very terrible service. This guys use TextNow phone numbers. My brother needs to update his address, I call this people on the phone number provided on their policy, Agant name is ANTHONY ROBERTS (8405), the guy sound like he just woke up and could barely understand what I was saying; he hung up on me. I could not get a hold of him after trying to call him again. Very, very wrong people to deal with when you need their services. If you don't like helping people, you should definitely no be in this type of business.

she's the worst representation of a agent very unprofessional unable to get the names correct on the policy for my twin daughters. and every time you reach out to her she talks to you as if she's hanging out with some of her friends and not professional. I am in the process as we speak looking for a new agent or a new insurance company all together. I ask her why my insurance policy had gone up and she stated that I had drive safe on my policy which I never knew about it and when I told her that no one has ever told me about this app being on my account she said she understood and that it was never activated so now the price has increased. That does not make sense. my daughter just recently had a car accident that was not her fault and she keeps mixing up the twin policy and they are unab

My agent Katina makes me feel great and treats me like family, she is always available to answer any of my questions. I've never felt so confident about my insurance company, they are the best! Special thanks to her and Nelisha Nolan for their wonderful work at Allstate!!

I was had multiple policies and decided that due to a move we needed to obtain a new insurance agency. I did leave my renters policy there. I get a collection notice for a charge no one in this office bothered to call me about, text me or even draft from my bank account which they access. I was not satisfied with this office and I like Allstate as a company. This office is not very professional when answering the phone, they don't reach out to their customers to communicate. As an African American I try to do business with other African Americans but this office has left a really bad impression on me
