I had a great experience with my insurance agent, Amber. She was super responsive, listened to what I needed for auto coverage, and explained options in plain terms I could understand. Got me the best rate ever—way better than my old provider—and it all fit my budget. I just sat back while she handled it. She's a pro who really cares. Highly recommend! 5 stars.

The agent I worked with was fantastic! I have a busy schedule and Ethan, the sale agent, was able to keep in contact with me through text messages. I answered a few questions and he was able to draw me up a quote, before we even spoke on the phone. He understood exactly what I was wanting regarding a car insurance policy, and wrote up a contract I was pleased with. Thank you State Farm, and Thank you Ethan!

I typically don't carve out time for Google reviews. However, I felt the need to make an exception in this case. Mr. Karanja provided exceptional customer service to us on yesterday. He treated us with courtesy and respect. He was very patient, empathetic, and made good use of our time. In short, he made us feel like valued customers.
