Greg has been my agent for almost 20 years and he has always made himself availible and been strait forward. He has always gone out of his way to get me the best deal possible and explain my options etc. He's been a great Alfa rep and I would recommend his services to anyone.

I was in an accident involving an Alfa insurance customer and it was the worst experience of my life. My car accident was in November of 2024. The Alfa customer was at fault and I went through the company to handle getting my car repaired and financial compensation. It is now April 2025 (almost May) my car is still missing a part and I have not been paid. Every time I call I’m always given the run around as if they are hoping I would get tired of calling and just give up. The email that was supposed to be sent so that I could get my payment was “sent” 4 time before I finally made them send it to me while we were on the phone and refused to hang up until it was done. They didn’t want to pay the body shop directly. For some reason they could not successfully mail me a check at all I had 2 ch
