They canceled my insurance policy for non-payment even though I had already paid, and no one at this office has been willing to assist me. I was told to “just walk,” and that it was solely my responsibility to pay on time, despite the fact that I have receipts confirming my payments. I was informed that the issue would need to be escalated but was given no timeframe for a response or resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. I was met with disrespect and unprofessional behavior throughout the process.

I relied on there expertise to set up my policy’s correctly. They absolutely dropped the ball on my business commercial property. I had a flood and am not covered own the building but they somehow think the office complex of 25 plus office condos should cover what happens on the inside, every other insurance company I have spoken to said that is incorrect which I also know . If I were a renter but I’m a condo owner. Needless to say there wasn’t even an I’m so sorry this happened extended to me, just dodging any blame on their part . No help given , now I’m out of pocket over $50,000.
