Received my homeowners and auto insurance renewal yesterday and my auto rate went up considerably due to inflation and county residents growth. I called my American Family agent Dee Harrison and we reviewed my policy and available discounts and she was able to reduce my premium a few dollars less than my previous premium by adding a Costco member discount, auto pay, and go paperless. She even set it all up on my account on the American Family website with me. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and cared about me and my best interest. Dee was amazing getting us through the process of insuring our first home and all of our vehicles! We highly recommend using her service. After running down all that we needed with her, she provided a quote for all we asked for. I then called a competitor who didn't give us anywhere near the same thought and attention as Dee and the quote was over $1000 more for comparable coverage. So we are now covered thanks to Dee!
