I have been working with Kathleen and American Family Insurance since I bought my first insurance policy about 20 years ago! I KNOW my agent and absolutely love her staff. They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and well taken care of. They make sure you know and understand what benefits are available. I know who to call in every situation and can get ahold of a real person at any time. I received a call from one of the gals in Kathleen's office or Kathleen herself after each one of my accidents. They called simply to make sure I was okay; they had nothing to do with the claims process! At American Family, I feel like a person, not a number. I can't say enough great things about Kathleen and her agency. Wish more companies provided that kind of service.
