We have been with this particular Insurance Brokers location for over 15 years for our business insurance. Times have changed, but the service with this office has gotten better. Andi and Charlie in the office do an exceptional job at answering questions and responding to any request that we may have. We have recommended other business owners, friends and family to this location due to the knowledge, timeliness and friendliness of the staff. We are so grateful for kind, caring and compassionate people in the insurance business that will take the time to listen and truly address the needs of anyone searching for insurance services! Andi, Mark's assistant found me much cheaper insurance when my insurance doubled after buying a new vehicle. She provided me with all the documentation and explained to me the coverage. I would highly recommend Insurance Brokers and have to family and friends.

This place set me up with the worst and I mean absolutely the worst insurance you can get. Bristol West. They scammed me out of a few hundred and after countless attempts to contact them they said they would give me a refund with a document attached. The document can't be opened by any app on Android or computer. And it's been weeks with no refund and silence on there part. I googled there company and it's obvious based on there reviews that there the worst and scam everyone. Thanks for that service guys you really hooked me up..what a joke.

Insurance Brokers of Minnesota provide insurance service for our home and business. They have always looked out for our best interest in coverage and price. The entire staff is always very professional, friendly and available to help at any time. Strongly Recommend their service

Very disappointed. We have been insured by them for 3 years, the first year we had no issues as we were not a true General Contractor, just a sub. The second year they had quoted us a price, we paid the full amount and then they refunded it to us and our insurance policy hit us for being late as we did owe the original paid amount. This year they quoted us a price, but didn't have their underwriters review it which then caused us to have an additional $2000 payment on top of the $900 check I dropped off to bind the contract. Very very disappointed in the communication, the constant errors happening and the lack of truly wanting to help.
