Katherine Wong - State Farm Insurance Agent

This office has been so helpful and easy to work with since I have been with them. When I was unfortunately involved in a total loss incident, they were so quick to review my claim. Got my settlement within a week. Then they made it so easy to transfer my coverage over to my new vehicle, all it took was a 2 minute phone call. Will be using this office for all future car insurance needs.

I switched to Katherine Wong's office from another State Farm agent because it was important for me to support women in business. I didn't expect much since I hadn't interacted with my prior agent much (and that office had a less-than-stellar assistant who was often more headache than help). I can attest that EVERYONE in Katherine Wong's office is not only helpful, but educated on policy issues, friendly, polite, and kind. As a bonus, her entire staff is female. I feel confident calling her office for any question at any time, and I know I will get the right answer right away. I was even once emailed back from a member of her staff while that staff person was on maternity leave! Letty is amazing did a great job help me with my mother's policy. I was disappointed with an auto claim and she helped me resolve it. My previous review was for the claim department specifically.

Do not use for home insurance. Does not know how to follow instructions on how to send bill to mortgage or read an inspection report.
