Kari Ball Insurance Agency

I've been a client of the Kari Ball agency since they took over the local Nationwide agency from Nick DePolo (which is enough years ago that I can't actually remember how long it's been). They've always done a great job for me, friendly, efficient, always representing my best interests. If I ever have a problem, which is rare, they're on it right away. I value their professional expertise and their attentiveness to my needs.

I have been a customer of Kari Ball agency for more than 10 years now and throughout my affiliation with them, they have been incredible to work with. Easily one of the best services I have ever received from any one I have been associated with. They are extremely professional, courteous, will go out of their way to make sure you are receiving th best benefits from your insurance possible and always a pleasure to deal with. I have been an insured of Nationwide over 20 years. I started with DePolo being the agent. When Kari Ball became our agency contact I experienced no gap in service. Her practice has grown and so has my insurance coverage. Her staff is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Whenever I need anything from them, I just give the Agency a quick call and it’s usually taken care of over the phone while I’m talking to them. Otherwise, if it’s more complicated, one of the Agents will usually get back to me within the same day, usually within an hour or so. And all of the Agents are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been with Nationwide/ Kari Ball agency for quite a few years. I have never had any problems filing claims of any type. I have my car and home owners through them. I would recommend them to anyone.
