Griffin Insurance

Been with griffin insurance about 10 years. Other than taking my money each month I have no complaints, no money either 🙃

They asked my wife some questions over the phone shortly after our policy renewal and after we had already received our proof of insurance cards. No accidents and no moving violations in over 10 years between us. We get more mail from them the next week with cards and an additional bill for $40. We decided to look around, ended saving about $480 a year going elsewhere. Not only was the "gentleman" rude on the phone when he had asked the initial questions to my wife, when I called back to confirm that I had not received the e-sign cancelation he accused me of being rude after I told him I had already checked the junk email. Absolutely disgusted with myself for giving them so much money for so many years!

They helped us insure our home and cars and advised me when I had healthcare insurance questions. They have been quick to assist on any changes we needed to make and advised us on good options. Professional and efficient. It is great to have a person, office, place to go instead of just an anonymous website and email. We have and do recommend them to family and friends.

Even though I had nothing on my driving record, Progressive insurance kept raising my rate. It was the last straw when they raised my rate just because I switched jobs.
