I have been a long time customer of Karen Wolfe State Farm and the service has always been impeccable. They treat us like family and ensure that our services are always delivered in a timely manner and are up to standard. We highly recommend Karen and her team and will continue to utilize their services for the foreseeable future.

Unfortunately, this state farm branch has not been the best. I had State Farm when I lived in NY and always had great customer service with my office. The increase in rates the past 3-4 years have been insane. I have no history of an accident in the past 5 years and maximize my savings anyway I can, but $2000+ a year in car insurance just for myself is a bit ridiculous. I tried to negotiate my rate down or asked them to match another auto insurance offer, and the person on the phone sounded so indifferent. It’s a shame since I had a great experience with my other branch. Ultimately I have decided to leave

Great office and Customer service. Very pleased with this Agency and office. I've been with State Farm for my auto renters for 10 years and I have never had any issues. If you want things taken care of, especially on a claim standpoint and want a company with great financial backing, State Farm is worth every penny. Thank you Karen for awesome service!

This agent Karen Wolfe is the best in the area. Her team is very professional and helpful with assisting me and all of my insurance needs. I have been a loyal Karen Wolfe client for 20 years. Tyler the manager has always been there for me at times of devastating hurricanes and minor auto accidents. They are truly like a good neighbor and I’m grateful Karen Wolfe handles my insurance.

Karen’s office is very nice and feels like home and family. Like a good neighbor her staff was able to provide great coverage for a great price. I will continue to have all of my insurance with her team.
