State Farm and Karen's team specifically have been fantastic to work with over the years. She helped my family and I with insurance on our new build in Wilton, when other insurance agencies had much higher rates and more cynicism and avoidance associated with insuring new home build. She and her team also lobbied for my family in a separate situation with our auto dealer relative to an issue we had with one of our vehicles having a sunroof leak (known manufacturer/model issue) that resulted in catastrophic damage.
