I have a client who I helped update her Medicare plan saving her $100 every month and getting better coverage. Aon called her and threatened her that if she would go with the plan I helped her enroll into, her health savings account would be cut off. I understand if that’s the policy and cannot be changed, but in any case the agent from Aon failed to update my client for many years of the options she had available to her costing her thousands of dollars. As an insurance brokerage , you failed in your duty to always make sure your clients best interests are taken into consideration and all you were concerned about was lining your own pocket. SHAME ON YOU!
