I followed up my visit to her to HyCap which is a government advocacy agency that also helps explain Medicare's option. My visit to HyCap reinforced the decisions I had made with Karen. I returned to Karen and she helped me sign up for specific plans with specific companies. She is an independent broker and seemed to have no agenda to sell any particular product. She was pleasant and put no pressure on me and took a lot of time with me.
