I had the worst experience ever with manuel.he Was making fun of me when I decided to choose a cheaper plan , laughed at my face and accused me of being tight on money, when in reality im just playing it smart. And let’s say I was really tight in money. Was it okay for him to laugh and make me feel uncomfortable? Laughed for like 10-15 seconds straight must of been because he gets commission and was laughing of disappointment because he gets less of a check? Make sure you go with anyone else besides Manuel. Luckily he got me into insurance so I can do everything my self now without him. Aside from that worst customer service experience with him. Don’t recommend him at all , make sure to look at your other options aside from him.

I was so pleased with he service. I only had my lunch hour to call around. I called 5 others before he actually answered. I did have time to leave messages for all these places and then what to have them call me back when I can't answer. It was perfect I gave him all my info...he texted back and I call @ my convenience...thank you for great service
