Farmers Insurance - John Manuele

I don’t recommend this insurance to anyone they overcharge you and don’t explain why. As soon as you change to another insurance they report you stating you have no insurance.

We started looking for insurance to purchase mountain property 2 months before the anticipated closure and received a quote from this agency. But 2 weeks ago, when we called to put the policy in effect on January 2, they told us that the offer was no longer valid and the agent no longer worked there. They said they had to start the process all over again. We still have not heard from them. We will go elsewhere next time we look for insurance. We advise you to go elsewhere too.

During a very confusing and chaotic time, Nancy was thorough, vigilant, and most of all client centered. She was informative and maintained regular communication which is not experienced much in this industry.
