Unreliable, non-professional, poor-knowledge This company is not customer-centric, no guidance either. Although my profession is not about accounting, I have found many defects in their work, they made me overpay. Luckily, after I found the error, IRS refunded big chunk of the money. They have missed many important points which was proven by another accountant that I could actually pay legally less tax..
