I don't know if you guys just don't understand or what but when I said Stop messaging me via Text Messages, I meant it. After replying STOP, this insurance agency then proceeds to send messages saying "are you interested? " I reply "Stop" then you proceed to call me multiple times. This is getting out of hand already. I will be reaching out to Texas Department of Insurance because NO I DO NOT NEED A COMMERCIAL QUOTE, NOT TODAY, NOT TOMORROW OR THE DAY AFTER! ESPECIALLY FROM THIS AGENCY WHO DOES NOT RESPECT WHEN SOMEONE SAYS "NO" OR "STOP" SULEMA BENAVIDES-VICE PRESDIENT LIGEROS TRUCKING CORP

We have had a farmers policy for 15 years. In May our AutoPolicy was to be renewed . We had automatic billing and they took out close to 1000 dollars which was double what we had been paying. After talking with Mr Robert for a week as to why the payment had doubled with little resolution we left Farmers for a different company. We are paying what we had been paying at farmers but with better coverage. Mr Robert had inherited our account from another agent that had left Farmers I would be cautious to believe he has the customers best interest as a priority.

The worst trucking insurance do not come here they advertise different prices that they offer with out even checking your stuff . They love to harass people with out listening to you even after there horrible quote they still manage to call me everyday . Do not give them your number or you will be bombard with calls over and over from different indian guys overseas.

I have had a great experience changing my insurance over to the Justin Robert Agency.
