I would like to say how awesome and amazing Elsa was on a Saturday evening. She received my call and immediately got to work on my quote and paperwork. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. She also waited patiently on the phone line while I completed my paperwork. She is the BEST‼️‼️‼️‼️

I would like to go ahead and rate this insurance just to thank Miss Ashley Henry, for her understanding. The reason I gave a five rating is because Miss Henry was very courteous, respectful, friendly, very patient and she was very caring, overall, the amount of insurance that I’m paying, it’s a little costly, but I guess it’s due to not have any insurance, so I guess once I’ve had it for a few months it’ll start going down but I’m willing to pay the amount. I think State farm is a really good insurance company and eventually they usually go down on the rates. I am recommending you check State Farm out and see if your rates are lower than average companies. I feel like they will provide you with a descent rate, especially if you had insurance over six months to a year at least again thanks

Ms Karen is the one who assisted me and she gives 5 star perfect customer service I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She 's very easy to talk to and finds ways to help you save money and doesn't hesitate to explain anything you don't understand.

Ms. Henry has absolutely amazing staff. No matter who I've dealt with over the years they are all so pleasant and helpful. They will do what's needed to assist you in obtaining insurance at a great price. I've referred many of my family and friends to Ms. Henry and everyone has told me how exceptional it has been under her branch.

5 stars all around for service. Ms. Karen lopez was the one to assist me and id definitely recommend her to family and friends. Helped me combine insurances that best suit my needs while saving me money. When there came a time where i wasnt sure on how to proceed with certain documents ms. Karen never hesitated to step in and make the process easier for me.
