Speaking with Corey at Justin's office was easy and comprehensive. Everything was done through email and we got our quote and started our new policies within a couple of weeks. Corey was great!
They helped us receive a refund on a double insurance on our car. The stuff was extremely courteous and professional. They really showed they care about their customers.
I had spoke with Justin about an issue that occurred in December canceling my mortgage insurance because apparently I had 2 and Veridian Credit Union never caught that. Justin was very nice angry helpful and we fixed the situation.
