Brad Jacobson - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had Brad as my insurance agent for nearly 30 years (since he first started with State Farm) and he has my utmost trust. He has helped out with ensuring I have appropriate coverage and keeping my premiums low. His staff is always prompt in answering my questions.

I was transferred to Brad Jacobson's State Farm office when my State Farm representative retired. I went for an office visit to go over my policy's and then upgraded my policies. Not quite a month later I hit a deer with my car and Brad helped me find a reputable car re-builder. I went for an estimate and made an appointment the same day to get my car repaired the following week. My car is currently being repaired. Brad has answered all my emails, (even on the weekend), and helped me every step of the way with any questions I had. I'm very happy with my experience as it was painless and everyone was so nice from Brad's office to the car re-builder place of business. Thanks again.

Brad has been fantastic to work with. If I have questions or don't understand whats going on Brad will make sure that I get it. My brother passed away recently so Brad helped me get through the beneficiary process. I have my home and soon 4 vehicles to insure until I can sell one. He has helped me out a lot.
