Justin Aller - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am retracting my good review and replacing it with a bad one. I’ve had State Farm for literally less than 2 months. They have already HARASSED me over payments (once it took my bank a day to process it so they called me , texted me, emailed me, multiple times and told me I never paid my bill and charged me extra fees. They didn’t fix their mistake or even acknowledge it, their customer service is terrible. Lindsay literally just agrued with me back and forth via email…. I spend SO MUCH MONEY A YEAR on car insurance to be treated this badly , harassed and for them to not even say hey that’s was a mistake. I haven’t even had to deal with an actual claim yet this is how I’m treated. I will be cancelling my insurance here because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE GREEDY. It’s Christ

What pathetic service that I have to put up with. Love how you guys charge me 200% more of what I was typically paying right after the holidays. Then charges my card the second time, causing a second returned payment and now my rates are all screwed. Then something as important and urgent as trying to pay my bills, the option of paying it wasn't present and it took you guys a few days to answer back? Thanks for being such an inconvenience.

I never even applied for insurance and they still call and harass me almost daily. Cold calling for insurance isn’t cute dude.
